We can and should expect more for our students, our teachers, and our community.

If I’ve learned one thing as the CEO of an early childhood center, it’s that leadership matters. An effective leader sets the tone, culture, expectations, and attitude of the organization, and I am ready to take that challenge on at APS.

My platform:
  • Student centered approach to all efforts
  • More dollars to the classroom
  • Lift up innovation and best-practice, researched based models
  • Make teacher retention a priority
  • Set ambitious, clear academic goals for our school district and schools
  • Ensure fair and equitable access to special education services, district-wide
  • Empower our teachers to have the tools and authority to effectively manage their classrooms
  • Ensure all parents and students have access to high-quality school options
